a question about molten chocolate cake/chocolate lava cake?

since the middle of it isnt as cooked as the outside, isnt it unsafe becuz it mite have salmonella

  1. It is like the old fashion pudding cakes, The center is cooked it just soft.
  2. These cakes are properly called Fondant cakes and don't contain egg. They are perfectly safe though a bit tricky to make without over cooking and ending up with a brownie. Most of the recipes you find online are poor recipes that are simply raw cake batter. My recipe is for restaurant use and makes 200 so it won't do any good but keep searching, you should be able to find one out there.
