Does anyone have the recipe for chocolate lava cake for crock pots?

  1. 1 box of chocolate cake mix (about 18.5 oz.)
1 box of instant chocolate pudding mix (about 3.9 oz.)
    24 oz. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    ¾ cup oil
    1 cup (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Spray the crock pot with no-stick vegetable oil. Combine all of the ingredients except the chips. Beat on medium speed for two minutes. Stir in the chips. Glop it into the crock pot. Cover the pot and cook it on low for around seven hours. Serve it steaming against vanilla ice cream. Have chocolate syrup around, too.

It freezes well. I put leftovers in a Seal-a-Meal bag and reheat them by floating the frozen bag in gently boiling water for twenty-five minutes or so.
    ENJOY!!!
  2. Easy Lava Cake

    1 package devil's-food cake mix
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 2/3 cups water
    1 package instant chocolate pudding
    2 cups milk
1 (12-oz.) bag semisweet chocolate chips

Prepare cake mix into batter, using eggs, oil, and water. Pour into a crockpot. Prepare the pudding mix using the milk. Pour this over the cake batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips all over the top of the batters. Cook in crockpot on high setting for 2 1/2-3 hours, until cake is moist but not jiggly, and little volcanoes of spitting chocolate appear on top. Serve hot with ice cream, whipped cream, or just on its own for a really special dessert!
