one cup of coffe with a tablespoon of sugar
-10am-birthday chocolate cake with Coca-Cola
-1pm:a big huge hamburger with water.
-bowl of cereal [special K]
-one apple
-GUM!!!
-8:45pm:
6oz can of tuna with one tosatada,jalapeno,and a tomatoe
-1 slice of lean ham turkey slice.
-1kiwi
-bowl of salad
how many cals was that today???/
and was it good or bad and am i gonna gain 493985738 pounds cause of the hamburger&cake??????? :[

- Actually, yes, you were bad, take in consideration the carbs besides the calories:
sugar - 45 cal
birthday cake - 400 (guessing as you didn't give size)
hamburger - bun - 170
hamburger meat - 425
cereal - 180
milk for cereal - 90 (low fat)
tuna - 260
tomato - 60
ham slice - 60
kiwi - 30
salad - 100
That is estimating low... you didn't give info on size of tostada or what was in salad or on the hamburger.

- im guessing that the hamburger and the cake are your daily intake of calories alone.The rest of your diet sounds great but, you got to try to stay off the junk food.I know its hard im a big junk food junkie myself.I started a diet 3 months ago .What i do during the week is eat right and exercise.On the weekends i cheat a little i have some ice cream or whatever im craving it gives me that satisfaction that i worked hard during the week,so a little treat is ok on the weekends.
