I grew up in a small, cozy home where the kitchen was the heart of everything. My sweetest memories are from the days I spent baking with my grandmother. Every Sunday afternoon, she would wear her apron, bring out her old recipe book, and start preparing her famous chocolate cake. The scent of cocoa, sugar, and vanilla would float through the air and make everyone in the house smile.

I was just a curious little girl, always standing on my toes to see what she was doing. She would let me stir the batter, pour the chocolate, and – of course – lick the spoon. It was pure joy.

Over time, I started baking on my own. At first, my cakes were far from perfect. Some were too dry, some didn’t rise, and a few were a bit too sweet. But I kept going, learning, and improving.
